I called Sunfire Energy Solutions to see if they could do something to fix the unit for him. Unfortunately it couldn't be fixed so he had to purchase a new one. Customer service was excellent during this time, Justin Gulick called with options and prices and even went above and beyond to find a store that had a window air conditioner for his home, to keep it cool until the unit came in and could be installed. Great job and Thank You!!
