Absolutely terrible. 2 weeks before Thanksgiving we got a couch. The delivery day can and they no showed. Apparently whoever scheduled us did so incorrect, so for the inconvenience they scheduled us next day. Again a no show. We called and whoever scheduled us next day wasn't "authorized" to do so. We finally get our couch. Upon delivery the people who brought the couch in completely damaged our hallway in our brand new house that was just builf 5 mnhs prior. Not only that, they ripped several parts of our brand new couch. We were furious. They took off a few payments on our couch to make up for the damages and saod they woukd pay for the damage to the house. Here we are months later with nothing to show for it. We have continuously contacted the office for updates and there is always an excuse. And they have the audacity to show up at my fiance's place of work today, the day our payment is due to ask for the payment. RAC, are you out of your minds?? Not even a day late on the payment and you are already hunting us down? When you can't even take care of a "payment" that you owe us from months ago? Please someone explain this to me because it is completely unacceptable. We have wrote you emails with no response. Never in my life have I experienced customer service as terrible as this.
