  At first I was skeptical of mattress stores, worried they would be like a used car salesman so I had avoided getting my guest mattress... I could not be HAPPIER with the process! Ryan was very knowledgeable and helped us find our mattress within 20 minutes. Which was great because we were travelling home and had been in the car for 5 hours after a hotel stay with a super hard bed... The mattress we got is one of the most comfortable beds I've ever slept on and we've had it for just under 1 month. We ended up moving our mattress (Which i was worried I would miss and the new one would not be up to my standards, therefore going into the guest room) into our spare bedroom. Ryan was also great handling multiple customers (they were empty, we walked in, then 3 more people followed! It got busy!) The price was excellent too. We got a queen for the price of a Twin!? Unheard of! And a $100 for box spring too! They did explain all the warranty tips and tricks to avoid voiding it, so we purchased a mattress protector as well. My fiancee loved their Hyper Chill Pillows (Or as we now call them, the Chill-ows!) and we got a BOGO deal on them as well. AND next DAY Delivery for FREE. It was amazing, I was shocked at the deals and wondered why I had waited so long. They missed sending the mattress protector in the delivery, but luckily we were going to be nearby and picked it up! It happens, I don't mind. Ryan and the team are excellent and I could not be happier. I don't need a new bed now (I LOVE the CLERMONT we got) but if I ever did, I hope I can come back here and get the same level of service. I will recommend THIS mattress firm location to all my friends!
